we passed by some construction site, and i felt inspired to take a picture of the crane.
when i later uploaded this photo, i felt very uninspired.
& then there was this house:

it was literally standing alone, amidst the construction. i couldn't get far away enough & no wide angle lens to really capture how alone this house was.
suddenly, this old man graced us* with his imaginary presence

why, hello carl. i like your grape soda pin.
a few weeks ago, i promised myself that i would produce SOMETHING with photoshop, so i wouldn't feel like i wasted my parents precious money on graphics design classes.

and, because i have to read AND do my research log, it is the perfect time to reteach myself how to speak Adobe. Voila.

it wasn't easy, and it's not much, but it's something. the weird tools and functions are coming back to me. i couldn't find any images of balloons to superimpose in a 1.2 step fashion, so i gave it a go and cloned balloons to make even more balloons! and added a rooster, cuz i mean, you gotta steer the house somehow.
anyway, i should send this to "Ann Arbor's New Underground Garage" and make them feel guilty. maybe that house is an old man's only memory of his passed wife. (omg, i really hope its not!)
HAHA! You added a rooster!
